That expression will never get old...

Well I'm preparing to head over to Detroit to spend the night before we fly out tomorrow. Flying out of the states is always a wicked adventure. You never know what you might encounter on the way: bad weather, insane traffic, crusty border gaurd. It's always best not to risk your flight by staying in a park, sleep and fly 'motel'.

Anyways, this trip should be fun! I've been in contact with DrK from SD, and we're going to hook up, but I don't know what night. The zoo is on my list to check out, as well as the Museum of Man or the Natural History Museum. There is a haunted walk in the area that we're staying and although that is incredibly cheesey and touristy thing to do, I did it before in London Eng, and it was a hoot, so we'll see.

I'll miss my husband, our pooch, and the Moms. Next post from SD!
